Dedicated Conference Line … NCSM utilizes a dedicated conference call line for principal participation and/or monthly company sales meetings with the team.
On-Line Interactive Cloud Based Storage … NCSM has developed an interactive database where a client’s presentation, marketing information, sales sheets and pricing/shipping spec are docked. This is designed for a client or the NCSM Sales Team to have immediate and on-going access to sales materials instead of depending on email or snail mail.
Sales Pipeline … NCSM offers each client an on-line, interactive and up-to-date account of their program’s development. This report identifies customers, category managers, distributors, program specifics, upcoming sales presentation’s, developments and next steps.
Weekly E-Blast … each Monday a “e-blast” is sent to the trade highlighting a program or announcing a new program, or line extension. This mailing is sent throughout the industry to retail category/segment specific buyers and decision makers.
Scheduled Conference Calls … Every-other-week NCSM has a conference call with each client. This call is to intended to catch up with major developments, as well as discuss specific points of the clients program if necessary.
